Currently serving as Co-Chair at Springboard since February 2019, David aims to inspire young people to pursue careers in hospitality. As the founder and Managing Partner of Lodestone, which provides personalized consultancy services for various hospitality businesses, David's track record showcases significant achievements in revenue growth and employee satisfaction across multiple organizations, including IHG Hotels & Resorts and Macdonald Hotels & Resorts. David's educational pursuits include an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Communications, and Finance at the University of East London, slated for completion in 2025.
