Baylee Kuss has extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Royalty Finance at The Mechanical Licensing Collective since July 2021, with prior roles including Manager and Team Lead in the same department. Baylee's experience also includes positions as a Copyright Manager at Hipgnosis Songs Fund Ltd, Income Tracking Associate at Concord, and various roles at Big Deal Music, including Senior Copyright Coordinator. Baylee began the career with internships at Round Hill Music and TKO Artist Management. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2017, following graduation from Lake Travis High School in 2013.
