Chris Heredia is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business systems and IT management. Currently serving as the Business Systems Manager at The Mechanical Licensing Collective since May 2020, Chris is responsible for developing cloud strategy, managing software vendor selection, and overseeing software implementations. Previously, Chris held various roles at Mental Health Cooperative from January 2002 to May 2020, including IT Program Manager, IT Manager, Network Administrator Supervisor, Network Administrator, and Systems Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed IT strategy, service desk operations, budget management, and infrastructure oversight. Additionally, Chris contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Nashville State Community College, teaching "Introduction to Computer Networks" in Fall 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology from Trevecca Nazarene University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Network Technology from Nashville State Community College.
