Kayla Ott currently serves as Senior Director of Marketing at The Mechanical Licensing Collective, leading strategies for outreach and member engagement since August 2020. Prior to this role, Kayla held various marketing leadership positions, including Director of Marketing at the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum, and Marketing and Sponsorship Manager at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium. Experience also includes directing marketing efforts for large venues such as the Wolstein Center and the Augusta Entertainment Complex, where Kayla successfully managed promotional initiatives for concerts and sporting events. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of South Carolina Aiken.
