Arthur John Santiago has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Arthur John started their career at Intel Corporation as a Planning Analyst in 1999. Arthur John then held various roles such as System Developer and Business Analyst before leaving in 2004. From 2004 to 2016, they worked at United Laboratories, Inc. in different capacities, including IT Account Manager, IT Program Manager for SAP Implementation, and IT Manager for Healthcare Services. In 2016, they joined Qualimed Health Network as the VP of Information Technology and served in this role until 2020. Currently, they are the VP for Information and Communications Technology at The Medical City Clinic, a position they have held since March 2020.
Arthur John Santiago completed their Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management at De La Salle University from 1995 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Don Bosco Technical Institute, Makati for their high school education from 1991 to 1995.
In addition to their formal education, Arthur John Santiago also obtained several certifications. These include the Chief Information Officer Leadership Development Program from the Asian Institute of Management in July 2022, Health Informatics from De La Salle University in March 2014, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3) from ECC International in 2011, and Project Management with SDLC from Phoenix One Knowledge Solutions in 2009.
