April Demegillo Ikalina, CHRP, is a seasoned Human Capital Management professional with extensive experience in HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Officer of Human Capital Management at The Medical City Iloilo since February 2016, April collaborates strategically with the executive leadership to drive institutional goals. Previous roles include Assistant Human Resources Manager for Super Shopping Market, Inc., where April managed HR functions across multiple branches, and Officer-In-Charge at Bangko Buena, Incorporated, overseeing operations and loan management. April's earlier career included teaching positions and a human resources assistant role focused on training and development. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Master of Management in Business Management at the University of the Philippines.
