Alistair Stokes has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on medical negligence. Alistair is currently serving as a Senior Claims Manager and Solicitor at the Medical Protection Society since September 2019. Previously, they worked as an Associate Solicitor at DAC Beachcroft LLP from December 2018 to September 2019 and as a Senior Solicitor at Pryers Solicitors LLP from April 2015 to November 2018. Alistair also gained experience as a Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell from March 2014 to April 2015. Before that, they worked at Atherton Godfrey, where they started as a paralegal in February 2008 and later qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Alistair began their career in the legal profession as a Debt and Welfare Rights Adviser at Citizens Advice from 2004 to 2007.

Alistair Stokes pursued their education in a diligent manner, focusing on both law and archaeology. From 1999 to 2003, they attended Durham University to obtain a Master's degree in archaeology. Following this, they enrolled at The University of Law from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree, specializing in the field of law.
