David Buckle

David Buckle's work experience begins in 2005 as a Parliamentary Intern and Parliamentary Assistant in the House of Commons. In 2006, they worked as an Executive Officer in the UK Home Office before transitioning to the role of Account Executive at Morgan Allen Moore later that year. In 2008, David became a Public Affairs Officer at the British Lung Foundation, and in 2009, they joined the NHS Confederation as a Senior Public Affairs Officer. In 2010, they started working at the General Medical Council, initially as a Public Affairs Manager and later as the Head of Public Affairs. David played a crucial role in advocating for regulatory reforms and securing support for various initiatives. Most recently, David has served as the Head of External Relations, and subsequently the Head of Corporate Affairs, at the Medical Protection Society since 2017. David'sresponsibilities encompass corporate communications, media relations, policy, public affairs, stakeholder relations, and internal communications across multiple regions.

David Buckle attended the University of Exeter from 1999 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Politics.
