Digital Communications Lead at Medical Protection Society

James Knox has a diversified work experience in various roles and companies. James started their career as a Graduate School Administrator at Imperial College London, where they organized and managed the MasterClass professional skills training program for postgraduate students. James also coordinated large-scale events and collaborated with staff and students to develop new courses.

James then moved on to the University of Westminster as a CRM Database Administrator, focusing on increasing student applications and improving conversion rates through targeted communications strategies. This included designing and producing email communications and newsletters.

James then joined Queen Mary University of London as a CRM Coordinator, where they led and managed the implementation of the Hobson's Radius CRM system. James provided technical support and digital marketing expertise to the marketing teams, developed a digital marketing communications plan, and conducted training workshops to improve user understanding of best practices.

At the University of Huddersfield, James worked as a CRM Officer, contributing to a data-driven marketing strategy and spearheading the development of a comprehensive web enquiry process.

Currently, James is the Digital Communications Lead at Medical Protection Society. James'sresponsibilities include delivering email marketing automation, developing CRM marketing processes, managing content and analytics for the organization's website, and creating career-based audience segments.

James Knox obtained a Bachelor's degree in History from Leeds Trinity University, graduating in 2012. In 2015, they pursued a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from Westminster Business School. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Excel to SQL; Analytic Techniques for Business" from Duke University in November 2016 and in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute in January 2015.
