Josh Shaw Mlpi

Josh Shaw MLPI is a Learning and Development Adviser at the Medical Protection Society, starting in January 2024. Previously, Josh worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Optima Legal from August 2022 to December 2023, where support was provided for technical and non-technical learning interventions. Prior to this, Josh held multiple roles at Capita from August 2018 to August 2022, including Training Specialist, Operational Trainer, Complaints Manager, and Customer Service Representative, focusing on designing and implementing training solutions, facilitating inductions, and enhancing operational performance. Currently, Josh is pursuing a Foundation Degree in Human Resources Management at ICS Learn and a Bachelor of Arts in Language Studies at The Open University, while also working towards a Foundation Certificate in People Practice through CIPD Qualifications.
