Rachel Parker's work experience includes:

- From June 2018 to present, they worked as a Case Manager at the Medical Protection Society. In this role, they proactively managed a diverse caseload, which included handling inquests, regulatory cases, complaints, reports, and providing professional advice. Rachel also provided support and medicolegal advice over the phone to members.

- From December 2012 to June 2018, Rachel worked as a Case Manager at HM Coroner's Office & Court. In this position, they assisted the Senior Coroner and Assistant Coroners with their investigations and managed a varied workload, including complex jury inquests. Rachel was also involved in the implementation of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 and the integration of a new team of Case Managers to ensure efficient progress and completion of enquiries.

Rachel Parker pursued their education at the University of Leeds from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Rachel completed the Coronial Law Lecture Series at the University of Bolton School of Law in January 2021. Prior to that, they acquired expertise in Coroners Law & Administration from Leeds Beckett University in October 2017. Rachel also holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management - 8607-31, which they obtained from ILM in January 2016.
