Samantha B. possesses extensive experience in governance and human resources, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at the Medical Protection Society since May 2022, and as a Non-Executive Director at British Friendly Society Ltd since June 2019, where Samantha also chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
