Sarah Anderton's work experience begins in 2003 when they started working as a Litigation Executive with Silverbeck Rymer Solicitors. Within a year, they were promoted to the role of Litigation Team Leader, where they managed a team of 4 to 8 members and was responsible for handling queries, checking documents, and ensuring their proper dispatch.

In 2005, Sarah joined DWF Solicitors as a Litigation Executive, specifically handling small claims work from Allianz Cornhill insurance company. Sarah joined with the expectation of the department expanding and regaining a Team Leader position, but the firm did not expand as anticipated.

The following year, Sarah moved to Irwin Mitchell as a Litigation Executive, where they worked on Fast Track personal injury claims from start to finish. However, when the opportunity arose to return to a Team Leader role, they decided to take it and left Irwin Mitchell.

From 2008 to 2014, Sarah worked at Minster Law, initially as a Team Leader for Trainee Fee Earners and later as a Team Manager. Their responsibilities included performance management, target-setting, data analysis, and problem-solving to ensure the team met their goals.

Sarah briefly worked as a Legal Advisor at Quindell Plc in 2014 before joining Premier Furniture as a Marketing Assistant in 2015. After two years, they transitioned to being self-employed as a full-time mom from 2017 to 2020.

In 2020, Sarah joined the Medical Protection Society as a Case Management Assistant and was subsequently promoted to the role of Case Manager in 2023.

Sarah Anderton attended The University of Huddersfield from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons degree in Combined Studies.
