Guy Harlev

Guy Harlev is an Analytical Chemist with a solid background in biochemistry and biology. Guy has gained extensive experience in various research institutions such as The Mediterranean Food Lab (MFL), Weizmann Institute of Science, and Volcani Institute. With a Master of Science in Biochemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tel Aviv University, Guy has been actively involved in the field for over a decade, demonstrating a strong commitment to analytical chemistry.
