Rob Estep

Rob Estep has over 20 years of experience in the logistics and operations industry. Rob began their career in 1996 as a Floor Lead at Caterpillar Logistics. In this role, they lead a team of 10 to 20 associates in their daily workflow and assisted with managing inbound, outbound and Quality Control. Rob also trained to operate multiple pieces of heavy equipment. In 1999, they moved to Planes Commercial Services where they served as the Director of Commercial Services. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at Planes Companies in various roles, including Senior Director Of Operations, Branch Manager, Assistant General Manager - Columbus, and Senior Director of Operations. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager at The Meehan Consulting Group, Inc. since 2019.

Rob Estep attended Columbus State Community College from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Rob also attended Columbus State Community College, but did not complete a degree.
