Deb Sabatino

Deb Sabatino has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Deb started their career in 1989 as a Human Resources Representative at Marriott International, where they worked until 1996. From 1996 to 1997, they served as a Human Resources Representative at Maine Medical Center. Deb then joined Cole Haan as a Human Resources Manager from 1997 to 2004. In 2007, they briefly worked as the Director of Human Resources at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Since 2008, they have been with MEMIC, initially serving as a Human Resources Specialist until 2015, then as a Human Resources Manager until 2016. Most recently, they have held the position of Director of Human Resources and is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources, a role they started in 2021.

Deb Sabatino completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from Husson University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business Management from Casco Bay College in 1990-1992.
