With experience spanning over a decade at Unum before joining MEMIC in 2018, James has shown proficiency in providing production support, facilitating team workflow, and improving efficiency through new methodologies like Kanban boards. At MEMIC, James currently holds the title of Manager, Claim Business Analysis and has demonstrated strong leadership skills in establishing and tracking team goals, as well as collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive improvements in the business analysis process.
