Katie Orff

Katie Orff has gained a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Katie began their professional journey as a Customer Assistance Center Associate at Camden National Bank in 2011. Katie then transitioned to Health Affiliates Maine in 2013, where they worked as a Human Resource Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for various employees and managing the enrollment of providers in the State of Maine electronic enrollment system. Following this, Katie joined MEMIC in 2017 as an HR Benefits Coordinator. Katie subsequently took on the role of a Payroll & Benefits Specialist in 2019 and recently became a Senior Payroll Specialist in June 2022.

Katie Orff completed their high school education at Medomak Valley from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they attended the University of Maine at Augusta where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations in 2013. In the same year, Katie also earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maine at Augusta.
