Katrice Kelley

Katrice Kelley has extensive experience in policy administration and underwriting, currently serving as the Manager of Policy Administration Services at MEMIC since February 2013. Katrice has held multiple roles within MEMIC, including Policy Administration Supervisor, IT Business Systems Analyst, and Systems Project Analyst, with responsibilities that include managing Workers Compensation policies and ensuring data accuracy. Prior to this, Katrice worked as a Producer Licensing & Contract Analyst, focusing on verifying producer licenses and drafting agency contracts. Katrice also gained valuable experience as an intern at MEMIC, observing various departments and participating in fieldwork. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Receptionist at Mercy, where Katrice registered patients and managed medical records. Katrice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Southern Maine.
