Madeleine Scully has a solid work experience in the education field. Madeleine began their career as a Special Education Teacher at Revere Public Schools in 2018, where they managed a diverse caseload of students and designed special education programming while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. In 2019, they joined Lewiston Public Schools as an Educator and Team Leader, utilizing Learning Management Systems to provide various learning opportunities and delivering instruction through different methods. Their responsibilities included modifying and designing curriculum to enhance learning experiences. Currently, they work at MEMIC as a Learning Technology Specialist, serving as the System Administrator for their Learning Management System (Docebo). Madeleine creates and maintains eLearning content, provides training and support for new hires, and ensures smooth navigation and use of the platform.
Madeleine Scully completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from High Point University from 2013 to 2017. Madeleine then pursued a Master of Education degree in Special Education at Boston College from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several professional certifications. These include Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in September 2022, Learning Articulate Rise from LinkedIn in January 2022, Adobe Captivate Essential Training from LinkedIn in December 2021, and Certified Professional Trainer from the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) in December 2021.
