Patience Bandoma, SHRM-SCP, WCP®, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Teacher Assistant at Mount Allison University, where they assisted a professor in the Sociology department and also facilitated a conference for the Canadian Association for Refugee & Forced Migration.

Patience also analyzed recruitment and exit interview data to provide insight and improve retention.

Patience Bandoma, SHRM-SCP, WCP®, holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Development Studies from the University of Ghana, which was obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and International Development from Mount Allison University. Their earlier education includes attending Rothesay Netherwood School from 2005 to 2009; however, the degree and field of study for that period are not specified.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Patience Bandoma has also obtained several certifications. These include the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM, which was acquired in January 2021, and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM Certification, obtained in December 2018.
