Sara Brinker, WCP®, has a diverse range of work experience across various companies and roles. Sara started their career as a Legal Intern at Global Partners LP in 2014, followed by a similar role at the same company in 2015 and 2016. In 2015, they also worked as a Museum Employee at the Matson Museum of Anthropology. Sara then interned as a Human Resources Intern at G-Form in 2017. Sara joined MEMIC in 2017 and held the positions of Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Associate, and Human Resources Business Partner. In these roles, they provided support to the Human Resources team, oversaw recruitment processes, conducted new hire orientation, and played a key role in performance management. Sara left MEMIC in 2020. Overall, Sara has demonstrated their versatility and expertise in human resources, legal, and museum-related roles throughout their work experience.

Sara Brinker, WCP®, completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology at Penn State University from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in subjects such as Communicating Across Cultures, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Unconscious Bias, all obtained in August and September 2020.
