Will Regan

Will Regan is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Development & Construction at The Menkiti Group. In his role, Will oversees The Menkiti Group’s implementation and execution of its development projects, managing a team of development professionals, standardizing development and construction processes and protocols, and coordinating with other business units across the enterprise.

Prior to his joining The Menkiti Group, he spent time with companies as varied as Monument Realty, Transwestern Commercial Services, and The Prudential Realty Group, as well as serving as a founder of several development management and advisory companies. Will has extensive experience in real estate development, advisory, and asset management with over 25 years in the field.

Will graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a concentration in Chinese Studies. He lives with his family in Northern Virginia.
