Damon Smalls is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both the music industry and mental health sectors. As the CEO of A Team music ENT LLC since November 2012, Damon oversees all business operations, collaborates closely with artists on album releases, and manages the production and promotion of music videos. In the mental health field, Damon serves as a Mental Health Specialist at The Menninger Clinic and as a Residential Coordinator at the Centre for Neuro Skills, building on previous experience as an Assistant Manager at The MendCenter. Damon also has a notable military background, having served as a boatswain mate in the US Navy for over 24 years, leading the deck department. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the University of Maryland Global Campus and studies at the College of Charleston.
