Paul Daugherty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Paul started their career in the US Army, where they served as a Sergeant First Class for 15 years. Following their military service, they worked as a Student Instructor at the Community College of Baltimore County. Paul then joined Sheppard Pratt, where they held multiple positions, including Nurse Manager and Transportation Services Manager, Director of the Berkeley and Eleanor Mann Residential Treatment Center and School, and Director of Residential Treatment Centers. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing operations, financial integrity, and quality of care. Most recently, Paul served as the Vice President of Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness at The Menninger Clinic, where they collaborated with clinic leaders to develop and implement strategic plans and fostered a culture of innovation and transformational change. Paul is currently an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University.

Paul Daugherty completed their education with the following chronology:

- From 2016 to 2018, Paul attended Stevenson University and earned a Master of Science degree in Business & Technology Management. Paul'sfocus during this time was on innovative leadership and technology management.

- Prior to their master's degree, Paul also attended Stevenson University from 2014 to 2016. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary studies, with a concentration in business and healthcare management.

- Paul began their educational journey at the Community College of Baltimore County, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. During this time, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

Furthermore, Paul has obtained additional certifications. In January 2021, they received Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the International Six Sigma Council.
