The Menopause Space is dedicated to delivering evidence-based advice and resources to women, partners, families, and businesses. Our mission is to revolutionise the way perimenopause and menopause are perceived across Hong Kong and beyond.

Our podcast is a forum for discussion around all aspects of this transition, from sex and intimacy to societal views of ageing women. We believe that menopause should not be stigmatised or viewed only as a decline of childbearing years. 
Unfortunately, a recent survey found that almost a third of medical professionals are uncomfortable talking to patients about menopause. We're here to change that.

Our founder, Lisa Tarquini, has firsthand experience of the symptoms and challenges of menopause. She's joined by a range of guests on the podcast on a wide variety of topics.
