Brett Carlsen has extensive experience in marketing and product development, with roles as Marketing Manager at The Mentholatum Company for the Rohto brand. Brett also served as Marketing and Product Development Manager at OBIM Fresh-Cut Fruit and Operations Manager at the same company. Additionally, Brett worked as Brand Manager at North American Breweries, Inc. for Labatt Blue Light Lime and Labatt Innovation, and later as Associate Brand Manager for the Labatt Family. In these roles, Brett focused on increasing sales volume, market share, and profitability through promotional activities, tracking brand performance, and analyzing key measures.
