Lichia Pierson

Lichia has her bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM). She is currently pursuing her MBA – Marketing from UT Tyler and anticipates graduation in 2021. She spent 13 years in the military where she achieved the rank of First Lieutenant. Lichia served stateside through many disasters including Hurricane Katrina and the BP oil spill. She also brings 6 years of retail customer service to this job.
