Celsa Snead

Celsa Snead is the Executive Director at The Mentoring Center and also works as an Attorney at Law. Prior to their current positions, Celsa served as a Lecturer at San Francisco State University, Program Director at the Center on Juvenile and Criminal Justice, and Deputy Public Defender at the Contra Costa County Public Defender Office. Celsa holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
