Catarina Ramalho has extensive experience in communications, organizational development, and learning management, currently holding multiple roles at Groundforce Portugal since November 2004, including Internal Communications Management, Organizational Development, and Project Management. In addition to these positions, Catarina has been involved in mentoring since July 2021 with Mentoring Club. Previous experience includes passenger service at PGA-Portugália Airlines, teaching English at Escola Secundária de José Gomes Ferreira, and customer service in a call center for TMN-Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais, SA. Catarina's educational background includes a Digital Marketing and Strategy degree from Lisbon Digital School, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Escola de Gestão e Negócios - EG&N - UAL, a post-graduate degree in Human Resources from Universidade Europeia, and a degree in Jurisdictional and Technical Translation from ISLA - LISBOA.
