Polina Anderson is a dedicated design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI design and mentoring. Currently serving as a Design Mentor at The Mentoring Club since January 2023, Polina actively engages with beginner designers through one-on-one mentoring sessions. Polina worked as a Product (UX/UI) Designer at Verve Ventures from October 2022 to December 2024 and contributed as a UX/UI Designer at ITC Engineering GmbH & Co. KG from October 2017 to February 2021, focusing on user experience and interface designs for construction workflow digitalization. Previous roles include serving as a UX Designer and Researcher at twago, a UX/UI Designer at labfolder, and a Frontend Developer where the passion for design and user experience was first ignited. Polina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and has pursued professional education in User Experience and Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Foundation. Additionally, ongoing studies in UI Design through an online course reflect Polina's commitment to continuous learning and development in the field.
