Doug Caughey

Doug Caughey is currently the Tour Director at The Merch Collective. Prior to that, they were the Head of Touring for North America at Sandbag from July 2019 to July 2021. Before that, they were the Venue Merchandise Manager at The Shrine Auditorium from August 2014 to February 2017. Doug has also worked as the Senior Tour Coordinator at BandMerch, LLC / AEG Live from November 2005 to August 2014. In this role, they coordinated merchandise logistics for many clients on a day to day basis, managed shipping logistics based on merchandise sales and projections for clients worldwide, assisted and coordinated multi-day music festivals and events, and traveled to numerous events around the country to supervise special events. Doug was promoted to Senior Tour Coordinator in February 2012. Doug is a proven team player who has adapted with effeciency to department and policy changes throughout their career.

Doug Caughey has a General Studies degree in Business from Pierce College and they also went to Calabasas High School.
