Kai Ye

Kai Ye is currently serving as an Investment Banking Off-Cycle Intern in EMEA Infrastructure M&A at UBS since July 2024. Kai holds the position of Vice President at the Imperial College Investment Society and works as an M&A Analyst at The MergerSight Group. Additionally, Kai co-heads Algothon and has recently completed a research role at I-X, contributing to a thesis with Dr. Islem Rekik. Previous experience includes a Student Venture Scout role at Imperial College London, an Investment Banking Internship at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking focused on Renewables and TMT, and various internships in investment banking at Bank of America and UBS. Kai has also excelled as Sponsorship Liaison & Industrial Event Officer at DoCSoc, where significant funding was raised. Educationally, Kai is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science at Imperial College London and has qualifications from Kelvinside Academy in several subjects including Maths and Physics.
