Aideen Farrell

Aideen Farrell has extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as a Junior Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at The Merrion Hotel, Dublin, since October 2016. Aideen has held various managerial and supervisory roles within the hotel, including Senior Assistant Drawing Rooms and Bar No23 Manager, Assistant Drawing Rooms and Bar No23 Manager, and Christmas Co-ordinator. Prior to this, Aideen worked as a Conference and Banqueting Waitress at Slieve Russell Hotel Golf & Country Club from April 2012 to September 2016. Aideen holds a degree in Economics from University College Dublin, completed between 2015 and 2019.
