Dorothy MacCann

Dorothy MacCann has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Dorothy started their career as a Resident Manager at Normandy Inn, Doyle Hotel Group in 1987. Dorothy then worked as a Sales Manager at Berkeley Court & Westbury Hotels, Doyle Hotel Group from 1989 to 1991. In 1980, they joined The Doyle Collection as a Group Marketing Manager, where they stayed until 1995. Dorothy then became the Director/Owner of Tyrella Hospitality Management/ DMW Marketing in 1995. Dorothy joined The Merrion Hotel, Dublin in 2002 as the Director of Marketing and later became the Brand Director in 2012.

Dorothy MacCann has a diverse education history. In 2000-2001, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Hospitality Management from Technological University Dublin. Following this, in 2012, they attended the Digital Marketing Institute to obtain a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing. Currently, Dorothy MacCann is enrolled in The Corporate Governance Institute, specializing in Corporate Governance. Dorothy is expected to complete their course in 2022.
