Holly Troutman, PHR, SHRM-CP currently serves as the People Operations Manager at The MET Church. With a background in Human Resources Representative roles and experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Troutman HR Solutions. Previously worked at Alight Solutions and Aon as a HR BPO Delivery Analyst, specializing in retirement benefits and process improvements. Also worked as a Shipping & Receiving Manager at Arbor Gate. Holly is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Houston.
