Lauren Weiniger is the Founder and CEO of The Metapause, with a focus on innovative solutions for women. Currently serving as a Fund Advisor at Harvest Venture Partners, Lauren contributes to building breakthrough financial technology businesses. As a Founding Member of Dreamers & Doers®, Lauren has played a pivotal role in supporting entrepreneurial initiatives. Previous experiences include serving as Interim Chief Marketing Officer at SiPhox Health, where the team developed a groundbreaking at-home blood testing platform, and co-founding Total Life Therapy, a virtual therapy platform for seniors. Lauren has also held leadership positions at PreDxion Bio, Inc., Safely, and TAU Investment Management, demonstrating a strong commitment to impactful and socially responsible business initiatives. An MBA graduate from the University of Oxford, Lauren has extensive expertise in strategy, marketing, and impact investing, reinforced by a foundational education in finance from the University of Maryland.
