Richard Armiger Cmgr Fcmi

Richard Armiger CMgr FCMI has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Richard has held positions such as Head of Ministries & Learning at The Methodist Church and Director of Learning and Development at The Methodist Church. Richard has also worked as a Training Officer and District Development Enabler within the Methodist Church. In addition, Richard has experience as a Director at Active Media Publishing Ltd and Armadillos Ltd, where they were responsible for business growth and development, training design, and management consultancy. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant Training Manager at Christian Salvesen, where they provided consultancy and training for the implementation of a new finance system. Richard also has experience in the broadcast industry, having worked at the BBC in roles such as Production Operations Manager and Manager Resources. Richard began their career as a Junior Technician at Marconi Instruments. Throughout their career, Richard has focused on learning and development, project management, and organizational change to further the missions of the organizations they have worked for.

Richard Armiger CMgr FCMI completed their education in various fields of study. In 1998-2000, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Bradford. Richard then pursued an MBA from the University of Surrey from 2000 to 2004. In 2010-2013, they attended Cliff College and earned a Master of Arts degree in Mission and the World of Work. Recently, in 2022, they obtained the Chartered Fellow certification from the Chartered Management Institute.
