Sushila Jetha

Sushila Jetha has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Sushila began their career in 1997 at The Building Centre as an Administrator, where they provided administrative support to the Commercial Director and maintained the company's database. During their time at the company, they also coordinated promotional mailings, corresponded with clients, and created service proposals. In 2003, they joined the Methodist Council and held various roles, including Personnel and Training Officer, Personnel Officer, Senior Personnel Officer, HR and Development Manager, and most recently, Director of HR and Development.

Sushila Jetha completed a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from London Metropolitan University between 2001 and 2003. Sushila also obtained a HND in Business & Finance from the University of Westminster between 1993 and 1995.
