Michael Davenport

Michael Davenport serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center since January 2016, with a focus on medical management. Additionally, Michael has been the VPMA/CMO at Methodist Hospitals since March 2009, and previously held the position of VP of Medical Management at Advocate Health Care from February 1996 to February 2009. Michael holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained between 1976 and 1980, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Pre-med from Yale University, earned from 1972 to 1976.
