Alroy Gibson, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and process improvement within various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Strategy and Transformation and Principal of Process Improvement and Optimization at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, Ohio, Alroy Gibson has previously held significant roles in talent acquisition and operations management at Greater Cleveland RTA. Alroy Gibson also possesses academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at Bryant & Stratton College.
