Derrick Jordan

Derrick Jordan has a strong background in healthcare operations and management. Derrick currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at The MetroHealth System, where they oversee the Behavioral Healthcare division and is responsible for operational excellence. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Operations at Rogers Behavioral Health, where they managed a large staff and budget, developed comprehensive programs, and ensured compliance with quality codes and standards. Derrick also held the role of Vice President - Operations / Outpatient Behavioral Health at Monarch, where they directed eight professionals and a multimillion-dollar budget across eight counties. Earlier in their career, Derrick worked at RHA Health Services, where they served as Regional Director and Team Leader - Mobile Crisis Management. Derrick also gained experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Broughton Hospital, where they managed case functions for chronically mentally ill patients. Derrick has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.

Derrick Jordan holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of South Carolina, which they completed in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from South Carolina State University in 2009. Additionally, Derrick Jordan is certified as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensing Board.
