Greg Zucca

Greg Zucca is an experienced professional in community and economic development, currently serving as the Executive Director of Community Transformation & Real Estate Holdings at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, since October 2017. In this role, Greg manages place-based development strategies and facilitates neighborhood investment projects aimed at revitalizing key areas. Prior to this position, Greg held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Lending and Lending Operations at the Economic and Community Development Institute and Economic Development Director for the City of Cleveland Heights. Greg's extensive background includes managing investment strategies and economic development initiatives for Cuyahoga County and contributing to technology-based economic projects at Battelle. Greg holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning Design and Development with a focus on Economic Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from the same institution.
