Jackie Plevelich

Jackie Plevelich, MHA, currently serves as the Manager of Population Health Operations at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, a position held since November 2020. Previously, Jackie held roles as a Beneficiary Relations Representative at The MetroHealth System, as well as Patient Care Coordinator at Arm Dynamics and Hearing Health USA from 2018 to 2020 and 2017 to 2018, respectively. Jackie’s extensive experience includes coordinating patient care, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient operation flow in healthcare settings. Prior roles also include serving as a Patient Care Assistant at the Cleveland Clinic from December 2015 to May 2017, providing basic patient care under supervision. Jackie holds a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Cleveland State University.
