William Lewis has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. William started their career in 1993 as a Physician at The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH. Over the years, they held various leadership roles within the organization, including Chief of Clinical Cardiology, Chief of Cardiology, and Chief Medical Officer of the Ambulatory Division. In 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer and President of the Ambulatory Division. Additionally, they worked as the Director of the Clinical Electrophysiology Section from 1999 to 2005.
In 2005, William Lewis joined Case Western Reserve University, where they held positions as an Associate Professor of Medicine, Professor of Medicine, and Louis Rakita, MD, David S. Rosenbaum, MD and Maurice Moss, MD Professor of Cardiology.
William Lewis attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine from 1981 to 1986, where they earned an MD degree in Medicine.
