Brian Colwell

Brian Colwell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management and consulting. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Metropolitan District Commission since March 2024, Brian previously held multiple leadership positions at Cyient, including Senior Manager People Partner and People Partner, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives across North America. At LAZ Parking, Brian directed national safety strategies and oversaw HR functions for extensive regional operations, contributing to significant employment growth. Earlier roles include Director of Human Resources for a Dunkin' Donuts franchise and Senior HR Specialist at the University of Hartford.
