Fred Duemig

Fred Duemig, Jr. is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems architecture, engineering, and security operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Systems Architecture and Security Operations at The Metropolitan Museum of Art since March 2018, Fred has also held roles such as Manager of Systems Engineering and Lead Systems Engineer at the same institution. Prior to this, Fred worked as a Sr. IT Infrastructure Engineer at Flatiron Health and as a Sr. Help Desk Administrator at Aeroflex Plainview, Inc. Fred's background includes managing server storage and database teams, architecting infrastructure solutions, and overseeing Active Directory administration. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. John’s University, Fred has developed a robust skill set in IT administration, systems design, and security operations throughout a diverse career in the field.
