Head Of Special Events at The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Sarah Pecaut has a diverse work experience in events, marketing, and public relations. Sarah started their career as a Marketing and Events professional at Toronto Life Magazine in 2012. Sarah then transitioned to the Luminato Festival as the Public Relations and Events specialist in 2014. In the same year, they also joined The Metropolitan Museum of Art as an Events Coordinator. Over the years, Sarah progressed in their role and became an Events Producer in 2018 and then a Manager of Special Events in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Special Events at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Alongside their work at the museum, Sarah has also taken on the role of Co-Founder at Misette in 2021.

Sarah Pecaut obtained their B.A. (Hons) degree in Sociology from Queen's University in 2013. In 2012, they also had a study abroad experience at Maastricht University. Additionally, they participated in a study abroad program at Institut catholique de Paris in 2010.
