Anthony Chiang

Anthony Chiang is a seasoned sports journalist currently serving as the Miami Heat Beat Reporter for the Miami Herald Media Company since September 2018. Prior to this role, Anthony worked as a Sports Reporter for The Palm Beach Post from September 2013 to September 2018 and gained early experience as a Sports Reporter Intern at the South Florida Sun Sentinel in 2011. Additionally, a foundational role as an Associate Reporter for MLB.com involved covering the Tampa Bay Rays. Anthony began a career in journalism at The Independent Florida Alligator, where responsibilities included reporting and editing sports coverage for various teams, culminating in the position of Sports Editor during the 2010 football season. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida, completed in 2011.
