Ashley Miznazi

Ashley Miznazi is a multimedia reporter currently employed at Miami Herald since May 2023. Previously, Ashley served as a multimedia reporter for Haitian Times under Report for America, focusing on the Haitian community through various media formats from June 2022 to May 2023. Additionally, experience includes roles as Director of Audio at The Drag, where Ashley conducted extensive interviews and achieved over 500,000 listens, and as a multimedia fellow at Texas Tribune. Notable production work encompasses lead research for various documentaries and podcasts at AMS Pictures. Ashley also gained hands-on experience with Nexstar Media Group and KXAN-TV, along with a marketing internship at the University of Texas at Austin. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Corporate Communications from the University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2022.
